By using this Website, registering as a candidate or client, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

These terms sit alongside, and do not replace, any separate written agreement (such as a terms-of-business letter or contract for services) that IFTSUK may enter into directly with a client or candidate.

2. Using this website

You may use this Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its underlying systems, or any data held on it;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our registration or CV submission forms; or
• Use any automated system (such as a bot or scraper) to access the Website in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, without notice, for maintenance, security reasons, or where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Terms for candidates

When you register and submit a CV through this Website:

• You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate, complete and belong to you;
• You understand that IFTSUK will share relevant parts of your information and CV with prospective client employers, as part of our recruitment service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy;
• Registering and submitting a CV does not guarantee that we will find you a role, put you forward for any particular vacancy, or that any introduction will result in an offer of work; and
• You can ask us to remove your details from our records at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how).

4. Terms for clients

When you register your company and a vacancy through this Website:

• You confirm that you are authorised to register the vacancy and to engage IFTSUK's services on behalf of the company named;
• Registering a vacancy is an initial enquiry only — it does not itself create a binding contract for recruitment services. Any placement, fee arrangement or exclusivity will be agreed separately with you in writing before work begins; and
• IFTSUK does not guarantee that a suitable candidate will be found, or found within any particular timeframe.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to IFTSUK and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of it without our prior written permission.
